Smartline - Intelligent Vacuum Gauges

VSH82MV, a combination of Pirani and hot cathode measures absolute pressure from 1000 to 1x 10-9 mbar. It can be used in coating plants, vacuum furnaces or analysis technology, for example. Due to the extended measuring range of the patented pulsed Pirani the hot cathode operates at lower pressure, which increases the durability of its filament. The transducers convince by extremely low power consumption and superior accuracy.  Measurements are transmitted as analog signal 0 – 10 V and digitally via an RS485-interface, so the measuring tube can be easily integrated into existing system controls.
