Radio-controlled measurement-systems for clima monitoring in manufacturing halls, warehouses and museums

The GEN2 – telemetry datalogger allows the logging of clima- and productiondatas without any cable. Different sensors may be installed everywhere in a simple way and allow a safe and reliable datalogging.

The base of this system is the GENII –receiver and datalogger, which is logging the signal of up to 250 sensors in a free selectable intervall. The transmitters can be equipped already with integrated sensors (i. e. for humidity and temperature) and measure battery powered the important climadatas in compact smart designed housings. On demand it is possible to integrate LCD-displays to display the measured datas directly on site. Further transmitter can send the datas of up to 8 temperatures (thermocouples type K) or 4 temperatures (thermocouples type K) and pulses (events).

For complicated measurement tasks you can use transmitters which allow the connection to transducers with standard outputs (i.e. 4-20mA, 0-10V). These transducers will be powered by the transmitters with 12 VDC so that the wiring effort will be minimized.

At typical intervall times (i. e. 5 minutes) the units may operate up to 5 years without changing the battery.

At difficult circumstances (i. e. several ferroconcrete walls, machines, large distances) the repeaters may amplify the signals. Furthermore the connection to a GSM-radiomodem allows the remote control by mobile network. Different softwareproducts can be used to setup the logger and to create the graphics.
