Flexible Analysis and Documentation System for Particle and Image Measurements

Carl Zeiss Particle Analyzer systems are complete solutions for particle analysis, such as the cleanness analysis of components pursuant to ISO 16232, ISO 4406 etc., or in-house standards.The systems are based on the Axio Imager microscope or the SteREO Discovery.V12 stereomicroscope and can analyse particle sizes down to 1 µm.The AxioVision software allows the user not only to carry out cleanliness analyses, but also to use all capabilities of digital microscopy: image acquisition, image enhancement, interactive and automatic measurements, archiving, drawing up reports. All functions can be readily integrated into work procedures.Extras offered are a particle standard, a special filter holder, and the option of obtaining a Carl Zeiss factory calibration certificate.
