DriveSets are complete run-ready positioning systems for linear motion in one to three dimensions and for rotary motion. DriveSets contain all the necessary components to set machines in motion: high quality and rigid linear-motion modules, flange-attached motors, controllers, connection interfaces, complete electrical pre-wiring - all of those and even the software are not only included;. they are all optimally tuned to one another.
All DriveSets have a precision level of 0.1 millimeters and "First Class" of 0.025 millimeters. DriveSets with the precision class of 0.4 millimeters are extremely cost-effective. Customers can choose between trajectory speeds of 0.1 m/s, 0.4 m/s and 1 m/s. Tools and equipment which are attached to the tool center points can weigh up to 40 kilograms. The "Xemo eco" controller unit included in them is specifically pre-configured by the open-access "MotionBasic" software.
