Fluidised bed systems for the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry

Heinen Drying offers, projects, designs, manufactures, sells and installs continuous and batch fluidised bed systems for the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry for refining of powdery solids and suspensions, solutions and slurries. The Heinen fluid bed systems are developed for long-lasting, safe and reliable operation.

The following processes are possible: drying, cooling, agglomerating, instantising, spray granulation, spray drying granulation, coating, roasting and other special processes. Integrated spraying nozzles enable various processes as well as top and bottom spray procedures. Integrated filters keep the product inside the drying chamber and avoid exhaust of fine dust. Cleaning nozzles support the cleaning process in case of product change-overs.

The continuous and fully automativ operation is possible with reduced operation personel and less handling work. All systems are tailored individually to the products and customers needs. In the Heinen technology centre are available batch and continuous fluidised bed systems for small orientation test to testing trials on production scale.
