Power-full New UTP Transceiver

Network Video Technologies (NVT), manufacturer of high-performance, real-time, unshielded twisted pair (UTP) CCTV video transmission equipment, has released a new Power and Video UTP transceiver NV-216A-PV. Designed for use in conjunction with any NVT PVD product, the system allows CCTV cameras to be powered via UTP over extended distances, whilst simultaneously delivering UTP video to the control room. The NV-216A-PV allows the benefits offered by NVTs Power and Video over a single UTP cable to be utilised by any CCTV camera. Designed for use with any static camera, the new transceivers compact dimensions allow it to be fitted within most camera enclosures and its body mounted coax BNC connector allow for quick and easy installation. All NVT products deliver unparalleled interference rejection, whilst low emissions allow UTP video signals to co-exist adjacent to telephone, datacom, or low-voltage power. This allows installers the option of using either a specifically installed UTP network, or with the benefit of reducing costs even further; an existing EIA/TIA 568B standard structured cable installation.
