Compact and easy to use High-Speed CMOS Camera with FireWire Interface

High-Speed video cameras are used to capture details of fast movements. The analysis of single processes with high temporal and spatial resolution is important in research and for industrial applications. In research it allows to understand fundamental processed and within the industrial context it allows to eliminate sporadic failures.

CamRecord 600 is a high resolution (1280 x 1024 pixel) camera that can be operated at 500 fps with full spatial resolution and up to 100.000 fps at reduced resolution. The high performance CMOS sensor has low noise and together with state of the art electronics allows good image quality.

The CamRecord 600 consists of the camera and a easy to use software designed for intuitive operation. The software allows to capture, store and replay sequences. The camera has a fast FireWire (IEEE 1394a) interface to download image sequences for storage and analysis.
