Portable anaesthesia unit (ARCUS) / ambulatory centres for patient care / equipment for mobile doctors / anaesthesia logging / activity recording

Regarding the background that there are more ambulatory centres for patient care than ever before, the equipment of mobile doctors has to be adapted to this situation. As so far single devices of various suppliers were used; in future a compact total solution is needed also for economic reasons.

 

EKU realised suggestions of anaesthetists who have to set up and dismantle their equipment several times daily as ARCUS-CPT. From the devices ARCUS and MM1 a durable case system was developed. For operation it can be put up to table height. For transport it is assembled as a mobile trolley. Everything is locked mechanically with one another. Enough space for accessories and sensors make it the ideal transportable anaesthesia unit. Combined with a robust notebook as a big screen for anaesthesia logging, activity recording and service documentation it fulfils the demands of a mobile anaesthesia working place.
