Flotation plant for the food + beverage industries and for treating waste water from industrial cleaning processes / dissolved air flotation (Lugan®)

EnviroChemie is expanding its successful Lugan^® flotation plant series with a new high-performance dissolved air flotation with a capacity of 10-20 m³ of industrial waste water per hour. An integrated programmable logic control unit with a graphic touch panel regulates neutralization and flocculation and automatically starts and stops the process. Integrated controls also regulate turbidity and flocculant dosage. The flotation cell is made of stainless steel and the mechanism that scrapes flotate from the surface is made of a high-quality combination of stainless steel and plastic.

To ensure constant automatic operation, the pressure release valves are automatically cleaned during the process. Lugan^® is an excellent choice for the food and beverage industries as well as for treating waste water from industrial cleaning processes. The plant is also suited for integration in existing processes. Lugan series plants are built for capacities between 1.5 and 20 m³/hour. For larger plant capacities EnviroChemie offers the custom-made Envochem^® FLO series.
