Open eVision 1.0 from Euresys is a new suite of reliable, powerful and flexible software tools dedicated to image processing and analysis. For its first release, Open eVision inherits from the experience gained with the previous generation of software tools. Moreover, it includes an ultra-­modern, fast and simple software-based licensing system designed to help install the vision software tools and deploy the application on any platform. Open eVision can be immediately downloaded from the Euresys web site and thus acti­vated. The development is ready to start within a few minutes. The Software Development Kit is a high-value package including debug and release libraries for a main and an auxiliary development computer. It also offers development tools to facilitate the first use of the libraries improving the time to market.
